Step 1: Free Discovery Visit
The first and most important step of the process is called the discovery visit, this visit is a 30-minute session in the office where you can ask me any other clarifying questions and I can put you through a detailed functional movement assessment, and that will point out the root cause of your complaint today so that you can achieve X outcome. At the end, we will be discussing what your best next steps should be. The best thing is that this visit is COMPLETELY free. We do this because we want to be certain without a shadow of a doubt that we can help you before we move on to the next step.

Step 2: Evaluation
The next step is we move on to a 60-minute paid evaluation and treatment session, during this session we will confirm the tests we saw during the 30-minute discovery visit and we will do hands-on treatment where we will show you exactly how we can help you. We will be doing soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments as well as some rehab exercises, and at the very end we will see how you respond to treatment and we will be able to recommend an appropriate plan of care for your condition.

Step 3: Plan of Care
This will be determined by the root cause of your pain that we found in your discovery visit and based on how you responded to your first treatment session, these sessions typically last between 15-30 visits. These numbers were thought through very carefully after observing how patients with various conditions respond to treatment. Remember our goal is not only to get you out of pain but to KEEP you out of pain for the long term.
